These policies govern every order placed with Emerald Biotech. Please read them before purchasing — placing an order means you accept them.
Everything sold here is a research chemical, supplied for laboratory use only. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption. None of the statements on this site have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
These terms govern all users of emeraldbiotech.com (the “Site”) and must be agreed to before completing any transaction. All materials available on this platform are distributed strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and developmental analytical purposes.
By accessing and purchasing from this Site, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all provisions stated here. Under no legal circumstance shall Emerald Biotech, its directors, employees or contracted affiliates be held liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from contract claims, handling negligence, strict liability or non-compliant product usage.
By placing an order, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Emerald Biotech from and against all legal claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the receipt, storage, handling or downstream application of the products, whether used individually or compounded with other chemical reagents.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are acquiring these materials as a qualified researcher, or on behalf of a licensed laboratory, research institute, research foundation or comparable body, for in-vitro and laboratory research only.
You are asked to declare your research purpose at checkout. That declaration is recorded with your order.
All chemical reagents and peptide compounds catalogued on emeraldbiotech.com are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, scientific assays and analytical characterisation. None of our products are dietary supplements, medical pharmaceuticals or cosmetic formulations, and none has been certified or approved by any regulatory body for human or animal application.

You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage, use and disposal of everything you order, and for any consequence of that use. Handling is at the researcher's own risk and expense. Emerald Biotech reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate account access, or withhold distribution where an unauthorised or non-research intent is suspected.
Purity figures, molecular weights, CAS numbers and certificates of analysis are provided for reference. Certificates are produced by independent third-party laboratories and describe the specific lot tested. We publish them as issued.
We do not guarantee suitability for any particular experiment or application. Choosing the right reference material for your work is your decision.
An account is required to view the catalog and to order. Registration is free. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel any order, and will refund in full where we do — to the card used, or by Cash App transfer, matching however the order was paid.
Two payment methods are offered at checkout, and the price shown on the Site is the price charged in both cases.
An order is recorded when you complete checkout, before payment is confirmed. Recording an order is not the same as paying for it: material is not prepared or dispatched until the payment for it has actually cleared.
We ship within the United States only and do not accept international orders. We make no representation that these compounds may lawfully be imported into, or possessed in, any other jurisdiction.
These terms and all contractual sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial statutes. Any dispute, legal challenge or arbitration arising from a transaction shall be addressed exclusively through the state or federal commercial courts possessing territorial jurisdiction.
This policy outlines how emeraldbiotech.com collects, protects and manages your personal and technical data when you access our catalog or place an order.
We store only what you provide to us. We do not sell, rent or lease your data, and we never share your name, email address, shipping address or order contents with advertisers or data brokers. We do share page-visit activity with Meta for advertising measurement, as described below, and you can switch that off at Your privacy choices. Under California law that sharing counts as a “share”, which is why the opt-out exists.
The Site is served over SSL/TLS throughout, and account access is authenticated. Your account and order records are held in an access-controlled database that is not readable without authentication. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Advertising. Unless you have opted out, Meta's pixel sets a

later visited this site. This one is not needed for the site to work, and turning it
off changes nothing about signing in, your cart or your orders. See

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account — write to the address in Section Five.
We share page-visit activity with Meta so we can tell whether our advertising is working. California law calls that a share, and gives you the right to stop it. You can, here, and we also honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically if your browser sends one.

What opting out does. Meta's pixel is not loaded at all — no request
is made to Meta and no _fbp cookie is set. Nothing else changes: signing
in, your cart, your orders and your certificates all work exactly as before.
What it cannot do. The setting is stored in this browser, so it applies to this browser on this device. If you use a different browser, or clear your site data, set it again. It also has no effect on what Meta may already hold from elsewhere — for that, use your Meta ad preferences.
We have never sold your personal information, and we do not sell it now.

The threshold applies to your order subtotal — the value of the compounds themselves, before shipping is added. This is a flat rate: it does not vary by weight, dimensions or destination, and there is no expedited option at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. A card payment clears as soon as our payment provider confirms it. A Cash App payment clears once we have matched the transfer to your order reference — so please include that reference in the payment note, as an unmatched transfer cannot start the clock. We do not process or dispatch on weekends or federal holidays.
Transit is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally.
All shipments use plain, discreet outer packaging. There is no external indication of the contents, the compounds inside, or our branding on the outside of the parcel.
Lyophilized reference compounds are shipped under temperature-controlled packaging appropriate to the material. Vials are packed to protect against light and physical damage in transit.
On arrival, inspect your shipment promptly and store the contents as directed on the product page — typically −20 °C, desiccated, protected from light. Storage after delivery is your responsibility, and materials held outside those conditions may not perform as the certificate describes.
A tracking number is emailed to you once the carrier scans the parcel at pickup. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's own tracking to begin updating.
We ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the parcel is accepted and scanned into the carrier's network. Once a carrier records a delivery, the order is considered delivered. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact us and we will help you pursue it with the carrier.
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns of vials that have shipped. Once a vial leaves our cold chain we have no way to verify how it was stored or handled, so it cannot be certified, resold or returned to stock. This is a matter of scientific integrity, not convenience — a reference compound whose handling history is unknown is no longer a reference compound.
Because of the temperature-sensitive handling, sterile packaging and compliance standards that apply to laboratory-grade material, once an order has been authorised, processed and dispatched, Emerald Biotech does not accept physical returns or exchanges, and does not issue refunds for change of mind.
If a shipment arrives with container damage, shattered vials or compromised seals, file a claim within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation. Email admin@emeraldbiotech.com with your order reference and:
Photographs matter: they are what let us make a carrier claim on your behalf. Following review of the submitted evidence, Emerald Biotech may issue a reshipment of the damaged item.
If you received something other than what you ordered, or tracking shows the parcel did not arrive, tell us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery and we will put it right — these are fulfilment and carrier failures, not returns.
Orders enter fulfilment as soon as payment is authorised. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, altered or readdressed. Please check your order and shipping address before completing checkout. An order that has not yet been processed can be cancelled for a full refund — email us with your order reference.
Filing an unauthorised payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback rather than contacting us is a breach of these terms. Emerald Biotech reserves the right to submit transaction logs, delivery proofs and communication records to risk-management networks and merchant fraud databases, which may result in exclusion from future purchasing. If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — we would rather fix it.
